Rishona Elijah – Microsoft Certified Trainer

Rishona Elijah is a Microsoft MVP for Business Applications and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Working as a Technology Evangelist, she creates training material, speaks at events, runs a blog, and instructs for LinkedIn Learning. She is driven by her passion for empowering business users to realise the potential of Microsoft Solutions. Additionally, Rishona volunteers as a Learning Expert and Power Up Champ for Microsoft, helping people kickstart their learning journeys or prepare for certification. Over the years, she has trained thousands of individuals on Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Copilot, showcasing the capabilities of no-code/low-code technology in building apps, chatbots, workflows, dashboards, and AI agents.

Daniel McPherson, Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Rapid Circle, leads the company’s AI adoption and operationalization efforts. With over a decade of experience in the Netherlands, he brings a global perspective to the Australian team. Daniel’s expertise in Microsoft technology helps organizations leverage AI for tangible business outcomes, mitigating risks, reducing costs, and building competitive advantages. His leadership drives Rapid Circle’s delivery of cutting-edge Microsoft solutions, empowering clients to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Marc Snape is National Stakeholder Engagement Manager at nbn, collaborating with stakeholders in industry and city-shaping organisations on how digital infrastructure support Australia’s future cities and businesses. Marc has over 15 years of expertise across government and private sectors, working in corporate affairs, stakeholder relations, advocacy, and strategy consulting.
